3. Terms of Sale: Online Courses3.1. Purchasing Access. When you purchase an Online Course through our Website, your order constitutes a contractual offer. A binding contract is only formed when We send you an order confirmation email containing your login credentials or access link to our Platform. We reserve the right to reject any order at Our discretion.3.2. Pricing and Payments. All prices for Online Courses are clearly displayed on the Website. We accept payments via secure third-party gateways, including Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna. If you choose to use a "buy now, pay later" service (such as Klarna), your payment arrangement is subject to the specific terms and conditions of that third-party provider. Access to the Paid Content will not be granted until We receive confirmation of successful payment or an approved credit arrangement.3.3. Lifetime Access and Platform Availability. Where an Online Course is sold with "lifetime access," this refers to the lifetime of the specific digital product, not your lifetime. We guarantee access to the purchased Online Course for as long as We continue to offer and support that specific course on our Platform. While We use industry-standard providers (such as LearnWorlds) to host our Online Courses, We do not warrant that access to the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We accept no liability for temporary outages caused by our third-party hosting providers, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.3.6. Content Updates. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove specific modules or videos within the Online Course to reflect changes in industry standards, anatomical guidelines, or to improve the overall educational quality. Such updates will be provided to existing students at no additional cost.

4. Terms of Sale: Offline Courses in London4.1. Booking and Securing Your Place. Our Offline Courses are highly specialized, hands-on intensive training sessions. To ensure premium quality and dedicated personal attention from Snizhana, groups are strictly limited to a maximum of 4 to 6 participants. Your place on an Offline Course is not confirmed, and no contract is formed, until We have received either the required non-refundable Booking Fee (Deposit) or the full course payment, and We have sent you a formal booking confirmation email.4.2. Pricing and Payments. The total price of the Offline Course, including the Booking Fee, is displayed on the Website. All remaining balances must be paid in full at least 28 days prior to the commencement date of the Offline Course. If you fail to pay the balance by the due date, We reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your Booking Fee.4.3. Cancellation by You and Refund Policy. We understand that circumstances may change. However, due to the strictly limited number of participants (4-6 people) and the high, unrecoverable fixed costs associated with securing premium physical venues in London, late cancellations result in significant financial loss to Our business. Therefore, the Booking Fee is treated as a genuine pre-estimate of loss covering administrative, venue booking, and operational costs, and is strictly non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Us in writing via email (sesruoc.puecafteg%40ofni). Refunds will be issued according to the following sliding scale: ● 28 days or more before the course start date: You will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, minus the non-refundable Booking Fee.● 14 to 27 days before the course start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee.● Less than 14 days before the course start date (or non-attendance/no-show): 0% refund will be provided, as We will be unable to fill your place at such short notice.4.4. Rescheduling by You. If you notify Us 28 days or more prior to the start date, you may request to transfer your booking (including the Booking Fee) to the next available Offline Course date, subject to availability. This transfer is permitted only once. Rescheduling requests made less than 28 days before the start date will be treated as cancellations subject to the policy in Clause 4.3.4.5. Student Requirements, Health, and Safety. To ensure a safe and professional environment during hands-on Practise (both on partners and live models), you must strictly adhere to the following rules: Hygiene and Dress Code: You must maintain short nails, keep hair tied back, and wear comfortable, appropriate clothing (e.g., a beauty uniform or plain top and trousers). In some instances, you may be required to remove facial or ear piercings. Health Declarations: You must inform Us in writing prior to the course of any specific cosmetic, food, or ingredient intolerances, allergies, or any medical conditions that may restrict your participation.● Student Insurance: During live model case studies, you are required to obtain valid student insurance. You acknowledge that you are not professionally qualified to perform these specific techniques on the public until you have received your official certification at the end of the Offline Course.4.6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us. In the unlikely event that We must cancel, postpone, or reschedule an Offline Course due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure, including but not limited to sudden illness of the instructor, venue unavailability, or transport strikes), We will provide you with as much notice as possible. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of:● Transferring your booking to a rescheduled date; or● Receiving a 100% full refund of all monies paid (including the Booking Fee). Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any additional or consequential costs incurred by you in relation to a cancelled Offline Course, including but not limited to pre-booked travel, flights, or accommodation expenses.

5. Terms of Sale: Massage Services (Treatments)5.1. Booking Appointments. Appointments for individual Massage Services (Treatments) can be scheduled through the booking widget on our Website, provided by our third-party scheduling partner (e.g., SimplyBook.me). Your appointment is not confirmed until We have received the required Booking Fee (Deposit) or full payment, and you have received a confirmation email with the location details.5.2. Pricing and Payments. The prices for all Treatments are listed on the Website. You may be required to pay a non-refundable Booking Fee to secure your time slot, with the remaining balance due on the day of your Treatment. Payments made online are processed securely via our payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna).5.3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows. When you book a Treatment, We reserve a dedicated time slot specifically for you. Late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact Our business. Therefore, the following policy applies: 48 Hours' Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled time. In this case, your Booking Fee will be fully refunded or transferred to your new appointment.● Less than 48 Hours' Notice: If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your Booking Fee will be retained as a genuine pre-estimate of our financial loss for the unfillable time slot.● No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying Us, you will forfeit your Booking Fee, and We reserve the right to charge your card on file for the remaining balance of the Treatment cost.5.4. Lateness. Please arrive on time for your scheduled Treatment. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client, and you will still be charged the full price of the booked Treatment. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure a relaxed start.5.5. Health, Allergies, and Preparation. For your safety and to ensure the best possible results, you must arrive with a clean face (no makeup). Prior to your first Treatment, you will be asked to complete a brief consultation or inform Us of any medical conditions, recent facial procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers), allergies, or skin sensitivities. We reserve the right to refuse or modify the Treatment if We determine, in our professional judgment, that it may be medically unsafe or inappropriate for you.5.6. Cancellation by Us. In the rare event that We need to cancel or reschedule your Treatment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or venue issues), We will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice of rescheduling to a priority time slot or receiving a full refund of any Booking Fee or advance payment made. We accept no liability for any travel costs incurred.

Health Risks and Allergies (Treatments and Offline Practise). General Limitation of Liability. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, as strictly required by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law:● We accept no liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, loss of business, loss of profit, or loss of data arising out of your use of the Website, the Platform, or our Services.● Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the provision of Services shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific Service in question.
